I was quite happy with my experience with Hichweb. I found the pricing quite competitive and the shipping was very quick. This was my first purchase with Hitchweb but I now see a number of products I may purchase in the future for our trailering needs.

I did a web search for the item I wanted to purchase and Hitchweb was competitive on price, is Canadian-owned and seemed to be well-reviewed.

I had done a significant amount of research on the hitch system I would need for the trailer we purchased. I have had experience with other brands but the Curt TruTrack seemed to be the best option for us.

Had the product I wanted, website was efficient and user friendly. I was hoping for more details in the product description, ie specs including length of the product, which is important to my intended use. This is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5.

Because it's a Canadian company. I will always try a Canadian company first if they have what I'm looking for. This is my first purchase from Hitchweb, and hopefully not my last.
